Bahamas Real Estate Agency Announcing the Completion Of Phase One Of Columbus Cove

Monday, June 1, 2009—NASSAU, BAHAMAS— Island Living Real Estate recently announced that Columbus Cove Phase One, a premier waterfront property in the Bahamas, is nearing completion and only a handful of condos in Phase One are left.

Located along the Northwest coast of New Providence Island on Love Beach, Columbus Cove is the newest luxury apartment complex in Nassau. Once completed, the gated beach-front property will feature 112 three-bedroom, lavish apartments. The eight apartment buildings surround a grand swimming pool and elaborately landscaped gardens.

Pre-construction prices started as low as $391,000 for the first phase of apartments which is nearing completion. Interior apartments are 1,426 square feet and exterior apartments are 1,722 square feet.

Phase One of Columbus Cove will be 56 apartments in four buildings. Wentworth Place and Highgrove Place are located higher up the hill with a cliff view. Maritime House and Commonwealth House are located directly on the beach. All four buildings are within walking distance of the warm sands of Love Beach.

Each apartment has a wide balcony connected to the living room and a master bedroom that faces the ocean. The larger exterior apartments have a second balcony off of the second bedroom. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a deluxe master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are slightly smaller than the master bedroom and are separated by a second full bathroom. The third bedroom can be used as a study if a third bedroom is not necessary.

Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood Italian cabinets, and porcelain tiled floors.

The spacious apartment has 10-foot ceilings with crown molding. All doors and windows are storm-proof and can uphold a wind speed of more than 150 miles per hour.

“Columbus Cove is a great opportunity for a second home or for an investment property if you want to buy while the property is reasonably priced,” said Pinder.
