Tinton Falls, NJ – Commence Corporation, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), has announced the release of Commence CRM Version 5.1, an enhanced version of the company’s popular web based CRM software. The new version incorporates enhancements to the company’s marketing management software and integration to Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system. “Small to mid-size companies are looking to utilize automated marketing programs to help build brand recognition and generate more leads says Nicole Reed, Customer Service Manager at Commence. The challenge for many of these companies is a lack of easy to use tools and resources to get the job done. This new version provides these businesses with an out of the box solution for quickly creating direct mail and bulk e-mail programs and scheduling them at different intervals throughout the month or quarter” she concluded. Another key feature incorporated in the new release is the integration to Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting software. Integration to accounting systems is also becoming an important component in the decision process of small to mid-size businesses. Commence now provides two way synchronization between QuickBooks and Commence On-Demand. The company has developed an Application Programming Interface (API) which enables this capability. Plans to expand the API for integration to other disparate systems are also under way.
