Renowned for their quality and flavour, these fabulously succulent free-range cockerels can weigh up to seven kilogrammes, feeding up to 15 people. Each cockerel comes packed in a beautiful yet sturdy box, featuring simple roasting instructions. In addition, each cockerel comes complete with an inspirational seasonal recipe especially created by Michelin-recognised Chef Paul Gilmore.
