Flower delivery can now be transacted over the Web. It has been found that the growth for businesses that cater to flower delivery has reached 35%, and about a third of this is attributed to the rise of websites catering to this kind of service.


It should be worth mentioning that flowers delivery Ukraine is expanding really fast, and according to a study conducted by a private group, JJ Summit Research, an average of 15,216 orders are made monthly to send flowers to Ukraine. This is a far cry from the data obtained 5 years ago, which shows only an average of 7,221 orders a month. Apparently, this data only covers information obtained from 79 flower shops in the country. The number could be higher if all of the businesses catering to flower delivery have been accounted for.

According to the PR manager of JJ Summit Research, Mr. Marko Davydenko, there are several factors that can be attributed to the growth of this kind of business. “Our research team has noted at least three factors for this amazing phenomenon. One would be the rise of dating services, another would be the influx of foreign students studying in our country, but the growth is largely triggered by the rise of online flower delivery services catering to orders going in and out of Ukraine.”

Davydenko notes that by improving the services of flower delivery shops online and offline, as well as by implementing competitive rates, it can be expected that growth will still be evident in the next 5 to 10 years.
