Alternative Energy Store Of Hudson Promotes Kristen Hagerty To Sales Manager

DATELINE: HUDSON AND SHREWSBURY, MA...The Alternative Energy Store of Hudson, Mass., has recently promoted Kristen Hagerty to Sales Manager. Catering to customers around the globe via their online store (AltEnergyStore.com) and catalog, the Alternative Energy Store is the largest provider of renewable energy products.

Ms. Hagerty has been promoted from Sales Representative to Sales Manager and will oversee a fast growing sales staff and coordinate training for new employees as well as existing sales representatives. She will also assist the Alternative Energy Store’s customers in the selection and design of renewable energy systems.

In further increasing her knowledge within the alternative energy field, Ms. Hagerty recently completed an intensive week-long Photovoltaic Installation Course with Solar Energy International in New York.

“We expect a 30 percent growth in sales staff this year. The demand for renewable energy products, which can greatly reduce overall energy costs for the homeowner, is pretty significant and continues to increase,” noted Ms. Hagerty.

Previous to the Alternative Energy Store, Ms. Hagerty worked for Hewlett Packard and has also taught mathematics at Baltimore City High School and during her years with the Peace Corp in West Africa. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University. Additionally, she is an instructor of outdoor education programs with Hurricane Island Outward Bound School in Maine.

A native of Maryland, Ms. Hagerty resides in Shrewsbury, Mass.
