Seoul, South Korea – January 3, 2005 - AhnLab, Inc., an industry-leading security solutions and services provider, recently announced that its dedicated anti-spyware solution, AhnLab SpyZero 2.0 ™ for Windows XP, has achieved the Checkmark Anti-Spyware Certification.

Checkmark( www.check-mark.com ) is a system, developed by West Coast Labs, Ltd., which tests and certifies information security products such as Anti-Virus Solutions, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, and VPN to real-world standards.  In 2005, West Coast Labs newly established the Checkmark certification for anti-spyware solutions which would complete and pass a quality testing.  For a company to be certified to the Anti-Spyware Checkmark, the product must be able to detect Trojians, Key-Loggers, Cookie stealers, and other assorted Malware in the West Coast Labs Spyware test suite without causing false positive test results.

AhnLab SpyZero 2.0 ™ is robust anti-spyware solution that provides internet security protection for desktop internet environment. It detects and prevents malicious programs, and optimizes system and internet performance as well as offers quick and easy restoration from backups.

In the meantime, AhnLab has achieved the Checkmark certifications and VB100% Awards from Virus Bulletin ( www.virusbtn.com ) for a number of its flagship V3 products until now. AhnLab have also acquired certifications by the Chinese Public Security Bureau for 10 products.
