The First Tourism Real Estate Showcase (TRES) to Be Launched at World Travel Fair Shanghai

World Travel Fair Shanghai (WTF), the leading travel fair in the Yangtze River Delta Region will introduce Tourism Real Estate Showcase (TRES) in the exclusive “Travel Fortune Zone” at the 4-day exhibition to be held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center this May.

Shanghai, China, March 02, 2012 -- World Travel Fair Shanghai (WTF), the leading travel fair in the Yangtze River Delta Region will introduce Tourism Real Estate Showcase (TRES) in the exclusive “Travel Fortune Zone” at the 4-day exhibition to be held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center this May.

World Travel Fair Shanghai has established itself as China's leading international consumer and trade fair for outbound tourism and has now become one of the world's best fairs to promote tourist destinations and meet potential business partners and decision makers.

A show within a show, TRES is the first event of its kind in China, combining the travel and the real estate industries to create the new Tourism Real Estate Industry. TRES is 100% dedicated to tourism real estate, aiming to meet the demand of the booming Chinese market, catering to both individual and corporate buyers who seek to purchase tourism properties for investment and an enhanced lifestyle.

TRES is a joint venture between travelfortune.cn and World Travel Fair organizing committee. The event is organized by Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration, VNU Exhibitions Asia, and Shanghai International Conference Management Organization.

Tourism Real Estate Showcase (TRES) will take place from May 10 – 13 at Shanghai Exhibition Center.
