It also allows for the immediate access to all "open items" such as invoices that have not been paid including an emphasis on those that are overdue.”
Bayer also suggests that customers can find and download to Excel all invoices issued within a specified time period.
This assists our client's customers in the reconciliation of the credit card and invoice statements.
Customers can also view all credit, debit, and payments within a specified time period.
“Manufacturer's are always struggling with their end of month accounts receivable challenges.
While we can't directly help our clients ensure that the price lists in their SAP system are in sync with the price lists that their customers have in their ordering systems, we can help them shorten the time to resolve these discrepancies.
The way we do that is by making all of the financial documents transparent to both parties.
When both parties are working off of the same information, they can resolve their issues quicker, thereby shortening the time to payment.
Something as simple as a customer calling our client for them to send a reprint of an invoice could add 3-5 days to the collection process.
